Total Cardiology is committed to the promotion of a heart-healthy lifestyle. Find out about the various programs they offer. The Canadian Diabetes Association supports people affected by diabetes by providing information, diabetes research, education, service, and advocacy. Offers disease information and programs related to diabetic health. This link provides information regarding women's heart health on the Canadian Women's Health Network. This FAQ sheet was developed in conjunction with Health Canada.
